So Jeff Hardy got suspended last year and then they decided to bring him back and give him the IC title again straight away.

Then Harry (DH) Smith was suspended for 30 days and well they have buried him since his return. The thought was ok prehaps they have decided that this is the way things will be dealt with now.

Then Jeff gets his 60 day suspension and has immediatly been put back in a feud with PPV match's.

My point is yes I know Jeff is more of a big name and Harry is early in his career, but should that really matter??

If your suspended for breaking the wellness policy then surely you should be made to prove yourself upon your return? Especially with Jeff being previously suspended for breaking it.

We will wait and see what happens to Regal upon his return from his 60 day suspension.
